Auti was a professional dancer and choreographer who appeared in videos for LL Cool J and other hip-hop artists when she lost the use of her legs in a 1992 car accident. Auti Angel, as she is fondly known, is an amazing woman who, as cliché as it sounds, has made lemonade of all the lemons dished out to her.
Auti says, “When a hit & run car accident left me paralyzed and wheelchair bound, I didn't let that stop me from following my dream as an Entertainer. So, when I was asked to perform at Los Angeles Central Juvenile Hall and saw the impact that it made, I was instantly inspired to continue to touch the lives of our youth”.
Today, after more than a decade of overcoming obstacles, Auti is a dancer, a singer, a choreographer, a motivational speaker, CEO of a non profit organization and a fantastic actress.
